04 / A day with FamFlow

Wednesday, the Berger family.

07:10 · Child

Lina checks off her task herself.

One short confirmation and the points are there right away – you do not have to sign off every task. The streak grows with every day.

Child view: weekly time 1h 20m of 7 hrs, one completed task, the confirmation question “Task done?” and a three-day task streak.

12:00 · Automatic

The Switch reports 45 minutes. All by itself.

Every 15 minutes FamFlow syncs with Nintendo Switch Parental Controls. The entry shows up with its source and category – tablet time is what Lina logs herself.

Parent view: this week Lina is at 4h 20m of 7h, one Nintendo entry “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe” with 45 min and one self-reported entry “Android/Tablet · Videos · YouTube” with 35 min.

16:20 · Parents

A push message instead of asking around.

You decide from what percentage of the weekly limit you want to hear about it – by push or email. Today: 80%. You have the conversation, not the app.

Parent view with a push card “FamFlow: Lina – Lina has reached 80% of her weekly limit. 84 minutes left.” and the weekly cards for Lina (5h 36m of 7h, 80%, amber bar, 84 minutes left) and Ben (2h 10m of 5h 30m, 39%).

18:30 · Child → parents

300 points for 30 minutes – as a request.

Lina submits the request, you approve it with one tap – if you have enabled redemption. You set the exchange rate, the minimum and the maximum per request in the settings.

Child view “Redeem points”: 640 available, exchange rate 10 points = 1 min., one open request for 300 points and 30 minutes, and two approved requests in the history.

20:45 · Evening

The week stays under the limit. That counts.

Achievements and streaks reward consistency. FamFlow never locks a device – it makes visible what is.

  • For Lina: the weekly report card with five star categories arrives on Mondays.
  • For you: statistics and trends with conversation prompts.

Child view “Your achievements”: two weeks in a row under the limit and the custom achievement “Fleißiger Helfer” at 7 of 10 completed tasks.

Less arguing. More family.

Set up your family in two minutes. Children sign in with their name and a four-digit passcode – no email needed.
